Join artist and yin yoga facilitator Mya Kerner for a grounding yin yoga session to help you reconnect with your inner voice. In this practice, we guide our bodies toward softening, tending to our unique emotional and energetic terrains. Through nourishing postures, guided breathwork, and visualization practices, we’ll create space to listen to our intuition and bodily wisdom.
