About the Class

Hear the call of your innate genius. Slip back into the selkie skin of your wild self. Join artist and yin yoga facilitator Mya Kerner for a grounding yin yoga session to help you reconnect with your inner voice. In this practice, we guide our bodies toward softening, tending to our unique emotional and energetic terrains. Through nourishing postures, guided breathwork, and visualization practices, we’ll create space to listen to our intuition and bodily wisdom.

This class is suitable for all and can be especially beneficial for artists, writers, and anyone looking to wander through their inner landscape and cultivate a wider way of seeing. Whether you're navigating a moment of transition, seeking clarity, or needing to return to yourself, this practice offers a supportive container for insight and self-discovery.

What to Expect

  • Arrive in the space with breath work meditation and an inspirational reading

  • 60-minute Yin Yoga for inward listening

  • Writing activities

  • Group discussion on what has arisen
