Classes
Please join me for these new online offerings that explore inner, outer, and other landscapes. Outer World classes invite you to look outward, observing and engaging with the land. Inner World classes turn your attention inward, deepening your connection to the body and intuition.
Through creative practice, as well as yin yoga, meditation, and dreamwork, we can learn to attend the seen and unseen. These offerings are an invitation to listen to the land, to ourselves, and to the greater stories we are woven within. Classes are open to all and do not require previous experience.
